What is the AZTEC system and how does it work?

AZTEC stands for Absolute Zero Total Emissions Control and it works by using a recently discovered scientific process called Atomic Transformation Technology.

The water we drink, the cars we drive and the air we breath are all made up the same building blocks . Atomic Transformation Technology can take these building blocks and rearrange them into oxygen and other harmless and beneficial elements.

The building blocks are Electrons, Neutrons and Protons. There are several other sub atomic particles, but these are the main three. It is the way in which these are arranged that determines what the substance is. Oxygen has 8 of each, Carbon has 6.
